What we process

Account data (name, email), workspace and mailbox connection metadata, a synchronised encrypted copy of message content to power the unified inbox and search, calendar sources you enable, AI usage counters when BYOK AI is used, support tickets, and optional analytics (GA4) only after you consent.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies (GA4) are off until you accept. We do not use advertising or retargeting tags in v1. You can change analytics consent anytime in Settings → Privacy / Cookie settings.

Retention and your rights

Disconnect / deletion retention, export, and account erasure (48-hour cancellation buffer) are described in the product specifications and will be mirrored in the final policy text.
